DeskCalendar プライバシーポリシー

三幸システム株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するアプリ「DeskCalendar」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

本ポリシーは、DeskCalendarのiOS版、iPadOS版、Android版その他対応プラットフォームに共通して適用されます。ただし、利用できる機能や使用する端末機能は、OS、端末、アプリのバージョン、利用者の設定により異なる場合があります。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

本アプリでは、利用者の操作や設定により、次の情報を保存または利用する場合があります。

利用者が作成したカレンダー、ブック、予定表示に関する設定情報
利用者がカレンダー上に手書きした内容の画像データ
表示モード、外観、週の開始曜日、表示時間帯などのアプリ設定情報
iOSカレンダーおよびリマインダーから取得する予定、リマインダー、カレンダー名、リスト名などの情報
利用者が選択したiOSカレンダー、リマインダーリスト、既定カレンダーなどの設定情報
FamilyCard連携を有効にしている場合、同じ端末内でFamilyCardから共有されるイベント情報および関連画像
iCloudバックアップまたは同期を有効にした場合、本アプリのデータを同期するために必要な情報
共有機能を使用した場合に作成されるカレンダー画像などのファイル

本アプリは、広告配信、第三者広告、トラッキング、または利用状況解析を目的として、利用者情報を収集しません。

2. 情報の利用目的

本アプリは、取り扱う情報を次の目的で利用します。

手書きカレンダー機能を提供するため
利用者が作成したカレンダー、ブック、手書き内容、設定を保存および表示するため
iOSカレンダーおよびリマインダーの情報を、本アプリ内のカレンダー表示に反映するため
利用者が選択したカレンダーやリマインダーリストに基づいて表示内容を調整するため
iCloudバックアップまたは同期機能を提供するため
利用者が選択した情報を共有画像などとして出力するため
お問い合わせへの対応および必要な連絡のため

3. 端末機能および外部サービスへのアクセス

本アプリでは、機能の提供に必要な場合に限り、利用者の許可または設定に基づいて次の機能を使用します。

iOSカレンダー

本アプリ内に予定を表示したり、利用者が選択したカレンダーに予定を作成したりするために使用します。カレンダーへのアクセスは、利用者が端末上で許可した場合にのみ行われます。

リマインダー

本アプリ内にリマインダーを表示するために使用します。リマインダーへのアクセスは、利用者が端末上で許可した場合にのみ行われます。

iCloud

利用者がiCloudバックアップまたは同期を有効にした場合、本アプリのデータはAppleが提供するiCloudまたはCloudKitを通じて、利用者のApple IDに関連付けられた領域に保存または同期されることがあります。

当社は、利用者のiCloudアカウント内のデータを直接閲覧または管理することはできません。iCloudにおける情報の取扱いについては、AppleのプライバシーポリシーおよびiCloudの設定をご確認ください。

FamilyCard連携

利用者がFamilyCard連携を有効にしている場合、本アプリは同じ端末内でFamilyCardから共有されたイベント情報や画像を読み取り、カレンダー上に表示することがあります。これらの情報は、本アプリの表示機能のために使用されます。

共有機能

利用者が共有機能を使用した場合、カレンダー画像などのファイルが作成され、利用者が選択したメール、メッセージ、クラウドストレージ、その他の外部サービスを通じて送信または保存されることがあります。

外部サービスにおける情報の取扱いについては、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. データの保存場所

本アプリで作成された手書きデータ、ブック情報、設定情報などは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。

利用者がiCloudバックアップまたは同期を有効にした場合、本アプリのデータはiCloudまたはCloudKitに保存または同期されることがあります。

iOSカレンダー、リマインダー、FamilyCardなど外部由来の情報は、原則として各サービスまたは各アプリが管理する情報を本アプリ内で表示するために利用します。本アプリは、これらの外部由来データを当社のサーバーへ自動的に送信しません。

5. 外部送信、広告、解析について

本アプリは、現在、広告配信、アクセス解析、利用状況分析、第三者によるトラッキングを目的としたSDKまたはサービスを使用していません。

当社は、本アプリを通じて取得した利用者情報を、広告目的で第三者に提供することはありません。

ただし、利用者がiCloudバックアップまたは同期、共有機能、または外部サービスへの送信を利用した場合、選択された情報がAppleまたは利用者が選択した外部サービスを通じて保存または送信されることがあります。

6. 第三者への提供

当社は、本アプリを通じて取得した個人情報を、次の場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。

法令に基づく場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
利用者が共有機能、iCloud、または外部サービスを自ら利用した場合
その他、法令により認められる場合

7. 他者に関する情報の入力

本アプリには、予定、リマインダー、手書きメモ、FamilyCard連携情報などを通じて、家族、知人、その他の第三者に関する情報が表示または入力される場合があります。

利用者は、第三者に関する情報を入力、保存、共有、または同期する場合、必要に応じて本人または保護者の同意を得るなど、プライバシーに十分配慮したうえで本アプリをご利用ください。

8. 情報の削除

利用者は、本アプリ内の削除機能を使用することで、作成したブック、手書きデータ、設定情報などを削除できます。また、本アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータは原則として削除されます。

ただし、利用者が共有機能により端末外へ保存または送信したファイル、外部サービス上の複製、iCloudに同期されたデータなどは、本アプリ内で削除した場合や本アプリをアンインストールした場合でも、自動的には削除されないことがあります。

iCloudに保存されたデータの削除については、端末のiCloud設定、Apple IDの管理機能、または本アプリ内で提供される削除機能をご確認ください。

9. お問い合わせ時に取得する情報

本アプリに関するお問い合わせの際に、氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容などをご提供いただく場合があります。

これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの回答および必要な連絡のために利用します。

10. 安全管理

当社は、取り扱う個人情報について、不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい、改ざんなどを防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

利用者においても、端末の画面ロック、Apple IDの管理、iCloud設定、共有ファイルの保存場所、共有先の確認など、情報の安全な管理をお願いいたします。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。

重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページへの掲載その他適切な方法によりお知らせします。

DeskCalendar Privacy Policy

Sanko System Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how user information is handled in the application “DeskCalendar” (“App”) provided by the Company.

This Privacy Policy applies to DeskCalendar for iOS, iPadOS, Android, and other supported platforms. Available features and device functions may vary depending on the operating system, device, App version, and user settings.

1. Information Handled by the App

The App may store or use the following information depending on the user’s actions and settings:

Calendar, book, and schedule display settings created by the user
Image data of handwriting created by the user on the calendar
App settings such as display mode, appearance, week start day, and visible time range
Events, reminders, calendar names, list names, and related information obtained from iOS Calendar and Reminders
Settings selected by the user, such as selected iOS calendars, reminder lists, and default calendar
When FamilyCard integration is enabled, event information and related images shared by FamilyCard on the same device
When iCloud backup or sync is enabled, information necessary to synchronize App data
Files such as calendar images created when the user uses the sharing feature

The App does not collect user information for advertising, third-party advertising, tracking, or usage analytics purposes.

2. Purpose of Use

The App uses the information it handles for the following purposes:

To provide handwritten calendar features
To save and display calendars, books, handwriting, and settings created by the user
To display iOS Calendar and Reminders information within the App
To adjust displayed content based on the calendars and reminder lists selected by the user
To provide iCloud backup or synchronization features
To export information selected by the user as shared images or similar files
To respond to inquiries and provide necessary communications

3. Access to Device Features and External Services

The App uses the following features only when necessary to provide its functionality and based on the user’s permission or settings.

iOS Calendar

The App uses iOS Calendar to display events within the App and to allow the user to create events in the selected calendar. Access to calendars occurs only when permitted by the user on the device.

Reminders

The App uses Reminders to display reminders within the App. Access to reminders occurs only when permitted by the user on the device.

iCloud

When the user enables iCloud backup or sync, App data may be stored or synchronized through iCloud or CloudKit provided by Apple, in an area associated with the user’s Apple ID.

The Company cannot directly view or manage data stored in the user’s iCloud account. Please refer to Apple’s privacy policy and iCloud settings for information about how iCloud handles data.

FamilyCard Integration

When the user enables FamilyCard integration, the App may read event information and images shared by FamilyCard on the same device and display them on the calendar. This information is used to provide display features within the App.

Sharing Feature

When the user uses the sharing feature, files such as calendar images may be created and may be sent or saved through email, messages, cloud storage, or other external services selected by the user.

Please refer to each external service provider’s privacy policy for information about how those services handle data.

4. Data Storage Location

Handwriting data, book information, settings, and other data created in the App are generally stored on the user’s device.

When the user enables iCloud backup or sync, App data may be stored or synchronized through iCloud or CloudKit.

Information originating from external sources such as iOS Calendar, Reminders, and FamilyCard is generally used to display information managed by each service or app within DeskCalendar. The App does not automatically send such externally sourced data to the Company’s servers.

5. External Transmission, Advertising, and Analytics

The App currently does not use SDKs or services for advertising, access analytics, usage analytics, or third-party tracking.

The Company does not provide user information obtained through the App to third parties for advertising purposes.

However, when the user uses iCloud backup or sync, sharing features, or external services, selected information may be stored or sent through Apple or external services selected by the user.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information obtained through the App to third parties without the user’s consent, except in the following cases:

When required by law
When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property
When the user voluntarily uses sharing features, iCloud, or external services
When otherwise permitted by law

7. Information About Other People

The App may display or allow entry of information about family members, acquaintances, or other third parties through events, reminders, handwritten notes, or FamilyCard integration.

When entering, storing, sharing, or synchronizing information about third parties, users should respect privacy and obtain consent from the relevant person or guardian where necessary.

8. Deletion of Information

Users can delete books, handwriting data, settings, and other information they created by using deletion features within the App. In general, uninstalling the App from the device will delete App data stored on that device.

However, files saved or sent outside the device through the sharing feature, copies stored in external services, and data synchronized to iCloud may not be automatically deleted even if the user deletes information within the App or uninstalls the App.

For deletion of data stored in iCloud, please check the device’s iCloud settings, Apple ID management features, or deletion features provided within the App.

9. Information Obtained Through Inquiries

When users contact us regarding the App, we may receive information such as name, email address, and inquiry details.

Such information is used to respond to inquiries and provide necessary communications.

10. Security Management

The Company takes necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, leakage, alteration, and other risks related to personal information handled by the Company.

Users are also encouraged to manage their information safely by using device screen locks, managing their Apple ID, checking iCloud settings, and carefully confirming storage locations and recipients of shared files.

11. Changes to This Policy

The Company may change this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in laws, changes to App features, or other reasons.

When important changes are made, we will notify users by posting the updated policy on this page or by other appropriate means.
