Sanko System Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in the smartphone application “SyncBridge” (the “App”).

## 1. Information Handled by the App

The App may handle the following information when the user uses its synchronization features:

– Task titles

– Task notes or descriptions

– Task completion status

– Task due dates

– Reminder list and Google Tasks list information selected by the user

– Synchronization settings and mapping information required to match tasks between Apple Reminders and Google Tasks

– Google OAuth authentication tokens required to access Google Tasks

The App uses this information only to provide synchronization between Apple Reminders and Google Tasks.

## 2. Purpose of Use

The App uses the information described above for the following purposes:

– To display task lists selected by the user

– To synchronize tasks between Apple Reminders and Google Tasks

– To create, update, or match tasks during synchronization

– To maintain the user’s synchronization settings

– To authenticate access to Google Tasks with the user’s permission

– To provide, maintain, and improve the App’s core functionality

## 3. Access to Device Features and Services

The App uses the following device features and external services only when necessary to provide its features and only with the user’s permission where required.

### Apple Reminders

The App requests access to Apple Reminders in order to read, create, and update reminders selected for synchronization.

The App handles reminder information such as task titles, notes, completion status, due dates, and list information.

### Google Tasks

The App connects to Google Tasks through Google’s OAuth authentication system and the Google Tasks API.

When the user signs in with Google and grants permission, the App may read, create, and update Google Tasks selected for synchronization. Information synchronized to Google Tasks is handled by Google in accordance with Google’s privacy policy and applicable terms.

### Keychain

The App stores Google OAuth authentication tokens in the device’s Keychain in order to keep the user signed in and perform synchronization.

## 4. Data Storage and External Transmission

The App stores synchronization settings, task mapping information, and authentication tokens on the user’s device.

The App does not automatically transmit user information to our own servers for advertising, analytics, or usage tracking purposes.

However, when the user uses the synchronization feature, task information is transmitted between the user’s device and Google Tasks through Google’s services as necessary to perform synchronization.

Apple Reminders data is accessed on the user’s device through Apple’s system frameworks.

## 5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Tasks and Google’s OAuth authentication system to provide synchronization with Google Tasks.

Information handled by Google services is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms.

## 6. Third-Party Provision of Personal Information

We do not provide personal information obtained through the App to third parties without the user’s consent, except in the following cases:

– When required by law

– When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property

– When otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations

Task information transmitted to Google Tasks as part of the synchronization feature is performed based on the user’s authorization and use of the App.

## 7. User Control and Deletion

The user may stop synchronization by signing out of Google, revoking access permissions, changing synchronization settings, or deleting the App.

The user may delete reminders or Google Tasks using Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, or the App’s supported functions.

Deleting the App from the device generally removes data stored locally by the App. However, tasks already synchronized to Apple Reminders or Google Tasks, and data stored by those services, are not automatically deleted merely by deleting the App.

The user may also manage or revoke Google account access through Google’s account settings.

## 8. Information Obtained Through Inquiries

When the user contacts us regarding the App, we may receive information such as the user’s name, email address, and inquiry details.

We use this information only to respond to inquiries and provide necessary communication.

## 9. Security

We take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, leakage, alteration, or misuse of personal information handled by the App.

The user is also encouraged to manage information safely by protecting their device, Google account, Apple ID, and any tasks containing personal or confidential information.

## 10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the contact information below.

## 11. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in laws, regulations, App features, or service operations.

When we make important changes, we will notify users by posting the updated policy on this page or by other appropriate means.
